TOUR BOOK WILL BE INSURED. Tour book measures 8 1/4" x 12". Tour Book is in Good- condition with wear. All pages have wrinkles and creases.  The front and back of the cover has wrinkles and creases. There are dirt and wear  stains on the front and  back of the cover. There is a long crease that affects front, back of the cover,  and all  pages.
